Back by popular demand! You asked for another self defense class so here it is! You will have the opportunity to learn how to defend yourself from an attacker using a martial arts style of self defense. You will learn different ways of protecting yourself and how to diffuse an attacker and get out of the situation. Everyone needs to know how to protect themselves, so don't miss this valuable opportunity! After class we will head over to Benedicts at 3937 N. Lincoln Ave for drinks with the instructors from class.
