EVENT INFORMATION
Event Cancellation
Events must be cancelled 5 days (120 hours) prior to the day of the event for you to receive event credits. Events not cancelled 5 days prior to the day of the event will not be refunded, with the exception that an event is sold out and has a waiting list and your spot can be refilled you may receive event credits even if you are canceling less than 5 days prior to the day of the event. Event Payment
It is extremely important that all events are paid for prior to the event. Please make arrangements with the accounting department to have your events paid before you arrive at the event. Checks should be mailed or brought into the office when you register for an event. Please be aware that ticketed events are only considered booked once payment is received. If your ticket is not paid for and we have members on a wait list for the event, you could lose your space.

If you are running late for an event and fail to meet the event leader, please note that your ticket will be placed at WILL CALL under YOUR NAME, not Highlife Adventures! Thank you.
Weekly Emails
We send out weekly emails to keep you up-to-date on all events, trips, and other Highlife news. Please help us keep you informed by providing us with a current email address. Call the Highlife office to update your address at 773-327-3866 or email us at events@highlifeadventures.com
Hotline
The hotline number is (773) 348-2334. Its function is to take event registrations. Please make sure you spell your full name and leave your phone number and payment method when registering for an event. We check the hotline periodically throughout the day and will register you accordingly. Please note that you will only receive a call if there is a problem with your registration, otherwise you can consider yourself registered for the event. Normal Business Hours: M-TH 11-9, F-S 10-5, closed Sundays.
Trip Cancellation Policy
You must contact the Highlife Adventures office to obtain the trip cancellation policy that pertains to the trip that you are interested in. Travel Insurance is the responsibility of each individual. Driving Information
Please note that we are constantly working on making sure that the driving directions are accurate for the members. Occasionally, we are given incorrect information and we can not list every possible way to an event. To assure that you have proper directions please confirm your route with the vendor.
